Historically, the waste industry has been perceived as dirty and not environmentally minded. This is the perception that we want to change. By encapsulating all of our company goals, we can make this change and set ourselves aside from the competition.
We have experienced both sides of the coin when it comes to customer service. We care about how we are treated and therefore how we treat both our customers and suppliers. Your business matters to us whether we are servicing your skips correctly to paying invoices in time.
We are going to embrace the future now. Whether this is new skip software saving our customer’s time and money or new machinery to recycle or reuse waste, we want to explore and embrace. By embracing change we change the perception of the waste industry.
Locally, we have seen the end of landfill in Dorset. We have embraced this and will do our utmost to recycle or reuse our waste. We believe that we have a duty to protect our planet, and as such are striving for 100% diversion from landfills. For more information please see our Environmental page. We are going to make your experience better. Whether you are a customer ordering a skip or one of our trusted partners where we dispose of waste, we will treat you as we would want to be treated. For customer and supplier service, we won’t be beaten. We will be as simple as possible by telling the truth, warts and all.
