Managing DirectorTim is the Managing Director at The Waste Group. He oversees all aspect of the company including growth & expansion. It is his vision to change the perception of the waste industry through sustainability & customer service.
Dave is one of the original founders of A&D Skips, now The Waste Group. Dave has over 30 years experience within the waste industry and is a fountain of practical knowledge. Dave’s daily activities include managing our recycling centre and coordinating all waste in & out.
Phil is our Sales Director and looks after the customer services team & business development. His wealth of experience in the waste industry means that The Waste Group can deliver it's services in a cost efficient manner whilst providing great customer service.
Nik is the Finance Director at The Waste Group. He leads us through all aspect of the finance and accounting function. He acts as the integrator and navigator for the organisation.
Maria’s responsibility is to oversee all matters that arise in the office. Whether it is from answering inbound telephone calls to human resource issues, Maria is a highly capable individual.
